Your Vision, Our People

Alex Sheshunoff

Alex Sheshunoff came to ARB with a vision to launch a series of round table meetings with some of the most prominent bank CEOs in the country.

Mr. Sheshunoff has been one of the leading names in the banking industry providing professional services and solutions to financial institutions for over 30 years and was eager to launch his Partnership for Banking Excellence program. While Alex knew exactly what he wanted, he did not have a clear vision for implementation and that is where ARB stepped in. ARB worked with Alex and the Partnership for Banking Excellence on the following:

  • Identified a list of premiere hotels and resorts that would be the right fit for bank executives
  • Recruited participants for the meeting
  • Developed content and meeting materials
  • Oversaw all logistical planning including – hotel, ground transportation, food and beverage, off-site dinners and on-site management

APA

In 2008, APA approached ARB with a defined need for a meeting management firm to oversee a series of 44 regional training meetings to be held in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida.

The task assigned to ARB was significant. ARB needed to identify cities throughout the Gulf Coast region that had conference venues which could support training meetings. ARB developed marketing collateral for each of these 44 meetings. In addition, ARB created and sustained the outreach program generating attendee participation. ARB was responsible for every aspect of each event, including branding, room standards and set up, audio/visual, staffing, food and beverage.

As a direct result of this marketing initiative, APA has expanded the ARB portfolio of deliverables on their behalf. In addition, ARB has supported APA in new locations, including the 2013 Carbon Challenge Design Competition and half day seminars in Providence, RI and Baltimore, MD.

Federated Sample

In 2013, the management team of Federated Sample had a bright idea – they wanted to host the first ever sampling conference to bring together buyers and sellers within the industry. What they didn’t know, however, was just how to pull something like that off.

They called ARB and within one week, we were moving and grooving with the Federated Sample team to plan SampleCon 2013.  SampleCon was a huge risk for Federated Sample because any costs not covered through sponsorships and registration fees would fall on their shoulders.  With ARB on their team, Federated Sample was successful in launching a conference that brought together over 70 leaders in the sampling industry, generated revenue and increased brand awareness.  As a result of ARB’s involvement, SampleCon will be hosted annually and will continue to be the conference for users and buyers in the sampling industry.
